Live Stream online Yoga, Pilates, Fitness, Meditation classes, and NDIS health and well-being packages.

Variety of classes from slow yoga flow, general hatha yoga, themed classes every month, mixed yoga/pilates classes, beginner classes, and special themed classes and courses.

Perfect for beginners, over 40, and seniors. Exercises you can do at home safely.

I've been working in the health industry for 20 years and love sharing my knowledge and experience. All my movements and exercises in classes are slow, controlled, and mindful.

A big focus is on correct breathing and alignment.

If you are registered with NDIS I can help with improved health and well-being.
