Bodkin's Bootery was established in 1969 selling mens shoes door to door. Then opening a small store on Stirling Highway Nedlands.
Then in 1972 a much larger store now also selling womens shoes and mens clothing. My aim was to sell comfortable ,quality, value and style in that order. foot wear like this should have a high degree of classic functional design so they can be worn over a good number of years with confidence that they can be repaired and wont look dated.
SERVICE.
A big part of this business is repairs and repairs to mostly goods incorporating leather.
HAND MADE IN WESTERN AUSTRALIA
At the backbone is the making right here Anastazi brand of Boots and shoes. !00% leather hand made and have been over 40 years. The main style been Zapata which is an up market boot better than RMW's Made by a second generation Shoemaker Kosta .
