Kate Cherrett is a qualified primary and secondary teacher, life coach and practicing artist who has been running Art Shack for 26 years from her studios.

Art Shack offers unique opportunities for school-aged youth to connect in highly successful art groups. A multi-level, purpose-built studio provides a special space for friendships to be forged whilst art in all mediums is explored and developed.

We have a 2 acre property, the studio is at the top. There is a large deck with 3 outdoor tables to seat 20 over looking the valley great for games such as limbo, musical statues, and perfect spot to celebrate with the birthday cake.

If the weather is not great we can the dinning room can also seat up to 20 people.

Individual and Collaborative Artistic Development

These parties provide a chance to develop individual and collaborative projects of their own design.
Instruction in the use of equipment, tools and materials used in art forms such as relief, free-standing & hanging sculpture, various forms of printing, including lino-cut & screen-printing, collage.
