Owner and operator Mark Frangiosa, thrives on achieving results for his clients. Having worked in the fitness industry for over 12 years, he has gained invaluable first-hand experience and knowledge in helping people reach their goals. His experience covers a wide array of areas from, weight loss, resistance & strength training, injury rehabilitation, boxing, boot camp, group fitness and core training while offering valuable nutritional guidance. We are a private studio not open to the general public so all sessions are strictly one on one with your trainer.
